19 Va. Admin. Code § 30-165-10
The following words and terms when used in this chapter shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Department" means the Department of State Police.
"SAE" means the Society of Automotive Engineers.
§§ 46.2-1005 and 46.2-1025 of the Code of Virginia.
