18 Va. Admin. Code § 95-20-225 – Qualifications for licensure by endorsement.

1. Holds a current, unrestricted license from any state or the District of Columbia; and
2. Meets one of the following conditions:
1. a. Has been engaged in active practice as a licensed nursing home administrator; or
2. b. Has education and experience equivalent to qualifications required by this chapter and has provided written evidence of those qualifications at the time of application for licensure.

The board may issue a license to any person who:

§ 54.1-2400 of the Code of Virginia.
