7. 7. Itemized statement of goods and services provided;
8. 8. Advertising; and
9. 9. Proper care, maintenance, administration, and embellishment of the cemetery.

All training courses must be approved by the board. The training course must be at least two hours and include appropriate testing procedures to demonstrate an understanding of the topics. The training program must include the following topics:
