1. A. A worker refresher training program must be at least one day. The worker refresher training program must review federal and state regulations and discuss changes to the regulations, if applicable, and developments in state-of-the-art procedures. A review of the following topics from the initial worker training program must be included in the worker refresher training program:

   1. 1. Potential health effects related to asbestos exposure;
   2. 2. Employee personal protective equipment;
   3. 3. Personal hygiene; and
   4. 4. Additional safety hazards.
2. B. A written closed-book examination must be included in the refresher training program. The examination will consist of no fewer than 50 questions. The passing score will be 70% correct. Persons who pass the examination and fulfill the training program requirements will receive a certificate of completion as specified in this chapter.
