18 Va. Admin. Code § 115-100-30

Current name and address.

Effective May 8, 2025Virginia Register Volume 41, Issue 17§§ 54.1-3500, 54.1-3518, and 54.1-3519 of the Code of Virginia.Board of Counseling

A. Each registrant shall furnish a current name and address of record to the board.
B. Registrants shall notify the board in writing within 60 days of:
1. 1. Any name change; or
2. 2. Any change of address of record or of the registrant's public address if different from the address of record.
