Examination on regulations.

Effective May 1, 2026Virginia Register Volume 42, Issue 16§§ 54.1-201 and 54.1-404 of the Code of Virginia.Board For Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Certified Interior Designers And Landscape Architects

The board will provide applicants with an exam on the board's regulations and statutes. All applicants for licensure or certification must achieve a passing score on this exam.
