16 Va. Admin. Code § 25-40-70

Appeals.

Effective Jan 17, 1990§ 15.1-11.6 of the Code of Virginia.Safety And Health Codes Board

A. An individual may appeal a determination of the agent or board of the adopting jurisdiction in regard to:
1. 1. The application of this chapter.
2. 2. A decision of the agent or board.
B. Each local governing body shall establish a method of appeals.
