Penalties.

Effective Oct 1, 2002Virginia Register Volume 19, Issue 2§§ 12.1-13, 38.2-223, and 62.1-44.34:12 of the Code of Virginia.State Corporation Commission, Bureau of Insurance

Penalties for failure to comply with this chapter shall be as set forth in § 12.1-13 of the Code of Virginia.
