Penalties.

Effective May 1, 1988§§ 12.1-13 and 65.2-802 of the Code of Virginia.State Corporation Commission, Bureau of Insurance

Penalty for failure to comply with this chapter shall be as provided by § 12.1-13 of the Code of Virginia.
