Applicability and scope.

Effective Jan 1, 2020Virginia Register Volume 36, Issue 9§§ 12.1-13 and 38.2-223 of the Code of VirginiaState Corporation Commission, Bureau of Insurance

This chapter shall apply to all companies licensed in this Commonwealth to write the types of insurance covered by this chapter.
