1. A. Add Exception 2 to Item 2 of Section 2308.2.3 of the IBC to read:

   1. 2. Concrete slab-on-grade live load limited only by allowable soil bearing pressure.

2. B. Add Exception 4 to Section 2308.2.3 of the IBC to read:

   1. 4. Where design for tornado loads is required, tornado loads on the main wind force resisting system and all components and cladding shall not exceed the corresponding wind loads on these same elements.
