12 Va. Admin. Code § 5-421-3100

Dressing areas and lockers, designation.

Effective Mar 1, 2002Virginia Register Volume 18, Issue 10§§ 35.1-11 and 35.1-14 of the Code of Virginia.Department of Health

A. Dressing rooms or dressing areas shall be designated if employees routinely change their clothes in the establishment.
B. Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be provided for the orderly storage of employees' clothing and other possessions.
