12 Va. Admin. Code § 5-421-1370 – Warewashing machines, sanitizer level indicator automatic dispensing of detergents and sanitizers.

A. A warewashing machine installed after March 1, 2002, shall be equipped to:
1. 1. Automatically dispense detergents and sanitizers;^Pf and
2. 2. Incorporate a visual means to verify that detergents and sanitizers are delivered or a visual or audible alarm to signal if the detergents and sanitizers are not delivered to the respective washing and sanitizing cycles.^Pf
B. Existing warewashing equipment shall be upgraded or replaced to meet the requirements of subsection A of this section.^Pf
