1. A. The nursing facility shall provide, or arrange for under written agreement, specialized rehabilitative services, such as physical therapy, speech-language pathology services and occupational therapy.
2. B. Specialized rehabilitative services shall be provided in accordance with accepted standards of practice by qualified therapists, or by trained assistants under the supervision of a licensed or certified therapist.
3. C. Rehabilitative services shall be authorized by the attending physician and a written plan of care developed in consultation with the appropriate therapist.
