12 Va. Admin. Code § 5-31-2880

Application for award.

Effective Jan 4, 2016Virginia Register Volume 32, Issue 6§§ 32.1-12 and 32.1-111.3 of the Code of Virginia.Department of Health

A. Applications shall be made to the Office of EMS.
B. The Office of EMS will review applications for compliance with the EMS regulations and RSAF policies and procedures. The FARC reviews and grades applications and makes recommendations on general grant funding.
