Public hearing for exemption request.

Effective Jan 1, 2008Virginia Register Volume 24, Issue 6§§ 32.1-12, 32.1-111.4, and 32.1-111.11 of the Code of Virginia.Department of Health

If the Board of Health determines that there is substantial public interest in a request for an exemption, a public hearing may be held.
