Denial of a variance.

Effective Jan 1, 2008Virginia Register Volume 24, Issue 6§§ 32.1-12, 32.1-111.4, and 32.1-111.11 of the Code of Virginia.Department of Health

A request for a variance will be denied by the commissioner if any of the conditions of 12VAC5-31-2430 fail to be met.
