Designation periods.

Effective Jan 1, 2008Virginia Register Volume 24, Issue 6§§ 32.1-12, 32.1-111.4, and 32.1-111.11 of the Code of Virginia.Department of Health

The designation is for a period of three years, effective July 1, after completion of the designation process.
