1. 1. All fixed places of operations, including all offices and training facilities;
2. 2. All applicable records maintained by the applicant agency; and
3. 3. All vehicles and required equipment used by the applicant agency.

An applicant agency and all places of operation shall be subject to inspection by the Office of EMS for compliance with these regulations. The inspection may include any or all of the following:
