Public hearing for exemption request.

Effective Jan 15, 2003Virginia Register Volume 19, Issue 9§§ 32.1-12 and 32.1-111.4 of the Code of Virginia.Department of Health

If the board determines that there is substantial public interest in a request for an exemption, a public hearing may be held.
