1. 1. Meet diagnostic criteria for a substance use disorder or addictive disorder of moderate to high severity as defined by the DSM; and
2. 2. Meet the admission criteria of Level 3.1 of ASAM, including the specific criteria of adolescent populations.

Before a clinically managed, low-intensity residential service program may admit a child or adolescent, the child or adolescent shall meet the criteria for admission as defined by the provider's policies.
