1. A. The following services shall be provided at public expense and at no cost to families:

   1. 1. Child find activities;
   2. 2. Eligibility determination and assessment for service planning;
   3. 3. Service coordination;
   4. 4. Administrative and coordinative activities related to the development, review, and evaluation of IFSPs and interim IFSPs; and
   5. 5. Administrative and coordinative activities related to implementation of procedural safeguards and other components of the statewide early intervention system related to child find, eligibility determination, assessment, and development of IFSPs.
2. B. Localities shall not be required to provide funding for any costs for early intervention services provided at public expense, either directly or through participating local public agencies.
