Applicability of part.

Effective Jul 17, 2024Virginia Register Volume 40, Issue 22§§ 37.2-302 and 37.2-400 of the Code of Virginia.Department of Behavioral Health And Developmental Services

All crisis receiving centers, community-based crisis stabilization, crisis stabilization units, and REACH providers shall comply with the provisions of this part.
