- A. A general license for an approved lottery retailer shall be issued for a specific term and is thereafter subject to a periodic determination of continued retailer eligibility and the payment of any fees fixed by the board.
- B. The director may issue special licenses to persons for specific events and activities in accordance with the requirements of the agency's licensing procedures.
