   1. a. Number of jobs created, whether permanent or temporary, type of work, compensation, employer and how created;
   2. b. Purchases of goods and services, types of purchases and projected expenditures;
   3. c. Public and private investment; and
   4. d. State and local tax revenues generated.
2. 2. Environmental impact;
3. 3. Impact on energy conservation and development of alternative energy sources; and
4. 4. Social impact on the community in which the horse racing facility would be located.

An applicant for a license must disclose and document the projected impact of its horse racing facility, including:
