1. A. The division is authorized to collect documents relevant to and in furtherance of its investigation of the allegations set forth in a charge of discrimination.

   B If a person receiving a request for documents from the division does not voluntarily produce the requested documents, the division may issue a subpoena for the production of the documents in accordance with the Act and this chapter.

2. C. Any information in a document that may reveal the identity of a witness shall remain confidential throughout the division's investigation and will be removed or redacted from any documents that may be available to the parties or public once the division's investigation is concluded.
