- A. The Commissioner, subject to the regulations of the Board, shall have all of the powers and perform all the duties conferred upon him by law, including the authority to create and enforce corrective action plans pursuant to § 63.2-203.1. Except as otherwise provided, he shall supervise the administration of the provisions of this title and shall see that all laws pertaining to the Department are carried out to their true intent and spirit.
- B. The Commissioner shall enforce the regulations adopted by the Board.
