1. A. The Commissioner shall establish a system for appeals within 90 days of a denial of a claim for family and medical leave benefits.
2. B. Judicial review of any decision with respect to family and medical leave benefits shall be permitted in a court of competent jurisdiction after a party aggrieved thereby has exhausted all administrative remedies established by the Commissioner.
3. C. The Commissioner shall implement procedures to ensure confidentiality of all information related to any claims filed or appeals taken to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws.
