Judgments to be in favor of Commonwealth
Code 1950, § 12-17; 1971, Ex. Sess., c. 157.
All judgments of the Commission shall be entered in favor of the Commonwealth and when collected shall be paid by the clerk of the Commission into the treasury of Virginia.
