[Appointment of additional employees -- Legal counsel.]

State of Utah
  1. (1) The Legislature may appoint temporary or permanent nonmember employees for work during and between sessions.
  2. (2) The Legislature may appoint legal counsel which shall provide and control all legal services for the Legislature unless otherwise provided by statute.
