Utah Code Ann. § 9-23-306

Club fighting prohibited.

Effective May 7, 2025Amended by Chapter 173, 2025 General Session
  1. (1) Club fighting is prohibited.

  2. (2) Any person who publicizes, promotes, conducts, or engages in a club fighting match is:

    1. (a) guilty of a class A misdemeanor as provided in Section 76-9-112; and
    2. (b) subject to license revocation under this chapter.
