Utah Code Ann. § 9-23-306

Club fighting prohibited.

Effective May 7, 2025Amended by Chapter 173, 2025 General Session

(1) Club fighting is prohibited.
(2) Any person who publicizes, promotes, conducts, or engages in a club fighting match is:
1. (a) guilty of a class A misdemeanor as provided in Section 76-9-112; and
2. (b) subject to license revocation under this chapter.
