1. (1) The chair shall:

   1. (a) preside at meetings of the commission; and
   2. (b) authorize and execute the actions of the commission.

2. (2) The vice chair shall:

   1. (a) assist the chair;
   2. (b) if the chair is absent, perform the duties of the chair;
   3. (c) accept special assignments from the chair; and
   4. (d) perform other duties as delegated by the commission.
