Youth Parole Authority -- Creation -- Members.

Effective Sep 1, 2021Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 261, 2021 General Session

(1) There is created the Youth Parole Authority within the division.
(2)
1. (a) The authority is composed of 10 part-time members and five pro tempore members who are residents of this state.
2. (b) No more than three pro tempore members may serve on the authority at any one time.
