Creation of division -- Jurisdiction.
Effective May 1, 2024
Amended by Chapter 240, 2024 General Session
(1) There is created the Division of Juvenile Justice and Youth Services within the department.
(2) The division shall be under the administration and supervision of the executive director of the department.
(3) The division has jurisdiction over all minors committed to the division under Sections
80-6-703
and
80-6-705
.
