As used in this part:

1. (1) "Initiative" means the Recreation Coordinated Investment Initiative created in Section 79-7-502.
2. (2) "Outdoor recreation infrastructure" means the same as that term is defined in 51-9-901.
3. (3) "Public lands" includes local, state, and federal lands.
