Utah Code Ann. § 78B-6a-104
Violation of order enjoining a public or private nuisance -- Civil penalty.
Effective May 6, 2026
Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 401, 2026 General Session
(1) is guilty of a class B misdemeanor; and
(2) is subject to a civil penalty of $50 per day for each day that the nuisance continues in violation of the order.
