As used in this chapter:

1. (1) "Adult high school student" means an individual who:

   1. (a) is 18 years old and enrolled in high school at the time of the offense;
   2. (b) is under 21 years old at the time of all court proceedings; and

   3. (c) committed the offense on school property where the individual is enrolled:

      1. (i) when school was in session; or
      2. (ii) during a school-sponsored activity, as defined in Section 53G-8-211.
2. (2) "Body of water" includes any stream, river, lake, or reservoir, whether natural or man-made.
3. (3) "Domestic violence offense" means the same as that term is defined in Section 77-36-1.
4. (4) "Minor" means an individual who is 16 or 17 years old.
