1. (1) For a felony, the default amount for a financial condition is:

   1. (a) $25,000 for a first degree felony with a minimum mandatory sentence;
   2. (b) $20,000 for a first degree felony without a minimum mandatory sentence;
   3. (c) $10,000 for a second degree felony; and
   4. (d) $5,000 for a third degree felony.

2. (2) For a misdemeanor or infraction other than a local ordinance, the default amount for a financial condition is:

   1. (a) $2,000 for a class A misdemeanor;
   2. (b) $700 for a class B misdemeanor;
   3. (c) $350 for a class C misdemeanor; and
   4. (d) $130 for an infraction.

3. (3) For a violation of a local ordinance, the default amount for a financial condition is:

   1. (a) $150 for a class B violation;
   2. (b) $80 for a class C violation; and
   3. (c) $25 for an infraction.
