1. (1)

   1. (a) As used in this section:

      1. (i) "Child sex doll" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-5c-209.
      2. (ii) "Distribute" means to sell, or with or without consideration, offer to sell, advertise, provide, ship, deliver for shipment, offer to deliver for shipment, or transfer.
   2. (b) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5, 76-5c-101, and 76-5c-201 apply to this section.
2. (2) An actor commits distributing or purchasing a child sex doll if the actor knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly distributes, purchases, or offers to purchase a child sex doll.
3. (3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a third degree felony, with a mandatory fine of not less than $10,000.
