Utah Code Ann. § 76-13-208 – Attending an organized animal fighting exhibition.

(1) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5, 76-13-101, and 76-13-201 apply to this section.
(2) An actor commits attending an organized animal fighting exhibition if the actor is knowingly present:
1. (a) as a spectator at any place, building, or tenement where preparations are being made for an exhibition of the fighting of animals, as prohibited by Subsection 76-13-202(2)(d) or (e); or
2. (b) at an exhibition prohibited by Subsection 76-13-202(2)(d) or (e), regardless of whether an entrance fee has been charged.
(3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class B misdemeanor.
