- (1) The membership of the commission, by simple majority vote of commission members in attendance, shall annually elect a commission member to serve as chair.
- (2) The chair is responsible for the call and conduct of meetings.
- (3) The chair shall call and hold meetings at least bimonthly.
- (4) One of the bimonthly meetings shall be held while the Legislature is convened in the Legislature's annual general session.
- (5) Additional meetings may be called upon request by a majority of the commission's members.
