1. (1) The authority shall prepare an annual report of the authority's and river commissioner's activities and submit the report to the following:

   1. (a) the governor; and
   2. (b) the Legislative Management Committee.
2. (2) The authority shall respond to and participate in a meeting as requested by a legislative committee or by the governor.
