Utah Code Ann. § 73-35-103

Transition into the department.

Effective Jul 1, 2026Enacted by Chapter 370, 2026 General Session

(1) A resolution of the authority in effect on June 30, 2026, remains in effect until changed by the authority under Section 73-35-209.
(2) The authority within the department succeeds to a contract of the authority in effect on June 30, 2026.
