1. (1) The board shall document:

   1. (a) the number of acre-feet delivered to the Great Salt Lake under the program;
   2. (b) the number of leases awarded under the program; and
   3. (c) the amount of money expended to lease agricultural water under the program.

2. (2) The board shall annually for the previous period beginning on October 1 and ending September 30:

   1. (a) post on a public website the information documented under Subsection (1); and
   2. (b) report to the Legislative Water Development Commission by no later than November 30 the information documented under Subsection (1).
