1. (1) There is created the Office of the Great Salt Lake Commissioner.

2. (2) The office shall:

   1. (a) provide staff support to the commissioner; and
   2. (b) operate under the supervision of the commissioner.
3. (3) The department shall provide office space, furnishings, and supplies to the commissioner, the office, and support staff for the office.
