1. (1) On or before September 1 of each year during the life of a project related to a grant awarded by the board, a recipient of grant money under this part shall provide a written report to the board.

2. (2) The report described in Subsection (1) shall include:

   1. (a) the amount of money provided through the grant;
   2. (b) an accounting of how the grant money has been utilized;
   3. (c) the progress of the project; and
   4. (d) the number of affordable housing units completed or under construction.
