1. (1) "Affordable housing unit" means a dwelling that is offered for sale to an owner-occupier at a purchase price that the board determines is affordable for the county in which the residential unit is offered for sale and is deed restricted for up to five years.
2. (2) "Board" means the Affordable Housing Infrastructure Grant Board created in Section 72-2-503.
3. (3) "Grant" means a grant issued to a public entity in a county of the first class, as classified in Section 17-60-104, as provided in this part.
