Utah Code Ann. § 71A-4-105

Veterans Benefits Application Assistance Act -- Exempt organizations.

Effective May 7, 2025Amended by Chapter 231, 2025 General Session

Accredited representatives of the following organizations are exempt from the provisions of this chapter:

  1. (1) the department;
  2. (2) American Legion;
  3. (3) Veterans of Foreign Wars;
  4. (4) Disabled American Veterans;
  5. (5) Vietnam Veterans of America;
  6. (6) American Veterans (AMVET);
  7. (7) Military Order of the Purple Heart; and
  8. (8) other VA recognized service organizations or individuals as determined by the executive director.
