Utah Code Ann. § 63G-6a-114 – Correcting an immaterial error in a solicitation response.

(1) A procurement unit may allow a vendor to correct an immaterial error in a responsive solicitation response as provided in this section.
(2)
1. (a) A procurement unit that allows a vendor to correct an immaterial error in a responsive solicitation response shall:
  1. (i) require the vendor to submit the correction in writing; and
  2. (ii) establish a deadline by which the vendor is required to correct the immaterial error.
2. (b) A procurement unit may not allow a vendor to correct an immaterial error in a responsive solicitation response after the deadline established under Subsection (2)(a).
